Sigh. We've been through this before. While I am personally sympathetic to bettors who get beat by a doper, the rule has always been that once the race is official, the bets pay off, and commission decisions do not change the results.

Indeed, this rule is good for bettors. Because the alternative would be to not pay off on races until the commission affirms the result.

Beychok is a local guy (think he lives in Baton Rouge) who does the daily selections for FairGrounds in the New Orleans newspaper.
Way back in the 90’s he did a handicapping segment on a sports radio station I worked for.
Nice guy, but this suit will never stick IMO
