I'm thinking it didn't fall out of her pants. It was something that fell out of the hands of one of the people quickly acting to grab hold of her, lest she tumble to the ground in a heap, and it just happened to fall in a way that could let you perceive it fell out of her pant leg. There is no way on any video that I've seen to conclude it actually fell out of her pant leg.
It looked to me like keys...but what do I know?

What I want to know is what's up with the Secret Service? As if on cue, they deployed to block all camera views of the Portly Pantsuit. Their job is to protect the candidate from personal injury, not from embarrassment. Also, they broke multiple protocols by allowing the candidate to remain stationary while awaiting the arrival of transportation, when it's supposed to be the exact opposite. Do they work for the candidate or the American people? If they know the candidate has a potentially disqualifying medical condition, shouldn't they be duty bound to disclose it to the American people?
