When you run 1/100th shy of the course record, yes.

Good call. Contessa's record in this scenario knocked me off . I noticed the good race Sept. 4, but didn't see that it was on this very track, might have inspired more confidence.
You had the right one on top and all the players in the super!

Thanks...that angle has paid off twice for me this meet. Dogwood/Contessa had one run 2nd at about 9-1 last week.

The best race from could win this. That best race, a year ago nearly to the day, was on this course at this distance. I missed that scenario yesterday so I'll see if I can catch it here. Even more low-key trainer this time.
I kind of like the but doesn't seem destined for turf sprinting, which you can say about several of these. The is the best chalk for me, but hard to get past those eye-popping trainer patterns for .
Projected pace isn't hot but surely it'll be contested? Unless we get those soft rides we're all complaining about.

good call on the 2-4
I almost went AlmostAll over the 345 in doubles.
Had some potential to be a chaos race if the pace fell apart. Glad I didn't.
early speed held
