I was banging my head off the table last night because I seriously had the upset teams (giants, lions) but I switched them out. I bought a magazine called Fantasy football pro football (Football diehards) and that’s where I use my picks every week. So far this year using it I have gone 28-17!

Hope you have that on a 5 game parlay ticket. What do they pay 20-1?

Naa...just playing for fun here. I quit gambling on football a few years ago. Just an occasional bet here and there. Looks like I'm the only one playing anymore here.

Thursday Night Football is here again with the Minnesota Vikings travelling to the West Coast to face the LA Rams.As I write this the line is the Rams by 7 with an O/U of 49 1/2.The Rams have been the best team in the NFL this year;second in scoring offense, first in scoring defense. That is a gold plated recipe for success.
I am taking the Rams to win and the over. The Vikings are going through 2 time zones and 1700 miles to play on a short week.Normally I would look for a bounceback by Minnesota and giving a touchdown to a Super Bowl contender is not something you see every day but the Rams are rolling;the only caveat is that the Rams have pretty much had it easy so far this year.I don't know how they would react if challenged early.
YTD (2-4, 1-2 Win, 1-2 O/U)

Going Minnesota +6 1/2 with a friend, this is a double or nothing bet from the weekend, so I am playing with house money. I figure with the Rams missing their starting corners and Kirk Cousins getting more familiar with his receivers it will be an old fashion shoot out with the Vikings at least covering.

Thanks to a botched late field goal by the Rams, tonights game turned into a push.Still impressive performance by LA;they looked like they could score anytime they wanted to.The O/U was almost passed by the end of the first half.
YTD (3-4-1; Win 1-2-1, O/U. 2-2)

Three casual picks for Sunday, casual meaning a quick impression no real in depth study. In other words, dumb $$$.
Atlanta -4 over Cincinnati, Falcons offense finally got untracked last week despite the loss.
New England -6 1/2 over Miami.Bellichik & Brady getting their butts whupped three weeks in a row?Nope
Jacksonville- NY Jets O/U 38 1/2.Take the under.Leonard Fournette returns.A ball control offense and if the Jags shut down Sam Darnold , this should be a low scoring affair.
Casual picks YTD. 3-5.Like I said earlier, dumb money.

reich looks like a pretty good coach (x's and o's) but should almost be fired for gifting Houston that win. you can lose a locker room like that.

Forget about losing the locker room...he already lost my MONEY! I had Indy +1...and, with no Houston timeouts left, I thought it was a sure win. Terrible call there...IMO.

I don't even recognize the game anymore.
The league MVP in my mind, beyond ANY shadow of a doubt, is Khalil Mack!
Seems like he's the lone true D player in a league full of offense
