very slight edge now for Biden in the whole election...Biden is about a 5/4 favorite down from as high as 225-1 earlier today

No. The dem controlled cities are 80% counted while the entire state is at 42%. Karl Rove says Trump wins by 3-4%

Possible, I suppose, but doubtful.
Large percentage of the Biden vote is already in: Dallas, Harris, Travis, Starr counties. The rural vote will break overwhelmingly for Trump.
