Highly unlikely it will just disappear. And this fall/winter could be an even bigger problem when the regular seasonal flu hits as the coronavirus is still raging.

No, but I am forced to play one on off topic, debating Trumplandia witch doctors and their ilk, like I did for years warning of climate change to the same obstinate tin foil hat brigade.
Infectious disease expert: We're only in the second inning of the pandemic
https://www.cnn.com/2020/04/21/opini...ion/index.html
CNN)Infectious disease expert Michael Osterholm, who has been warning for a decade and a half about the possibility of a global pandemic, said the coronavirus we're fighting is at least as infectious as the one that killed an estimated 50 million people in the 1918 flu worldwide outbreak.

exactly, so what are we going to die of first? virus or catastrophic climate disruption? anyway we are all probably on our last 10 years so it is too late

Hope do you know that time frame?
Where is the science behind it?

I gave you the link to the expert epidemiologist who thinks that. Sorry, your hopeless moron never said that since he is too busy counting elephants on his "IQ. test", and will be tied up adding them up, until he is booted out.

Assessment of Deaths From COVID-19 and From Seasonal Influenza
https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jam...rticle/2766121
This apparent equivalence of deaths from COVID-19 and seasonal influenza does not match frontline clinical conditions, especially in some hot zones of the pandemic where ventilators have been in short supply and many hospitals have been stretched beyond their limits. The demand on hospital resources during the COVID-19 crisis has not occurred before in the US, even during the worst of influenza seasons. Yet public officials continue to draw comparisons between seasonal influenza and SARS-CoV-2 mortality, often in an attempt to minimize the effects of the unfolding pandemic.
The root of such incorrect comparisons may be a knowledge gap regarding how seasonal influenza and COVID-19 data are publicly reported. The CDC, like many similar disease control agencies around the world, presents seasonal influenza morbidity and mortality not as raw counts but as calculated estimates based on submitted International Classification of Diseases codes.2 Between 2013-2014 and 2018-2019, the reported yearly estimated influenza deaths ranged from 23 000 to 61 000.3 Over that same time period, however, the number of counted influenza deaths was between 3448 and 15 620 yearly.4 On average, the CDC estimates of deaths attributed to influenza were nearly 6 times greater than its reported counted numbers. Conversely, COVID-19 fatalities are at present being counted and reported directly, not estimated.

Wow, that was an impressive post. I bet you were up all night looking for it.
Truth be told, Biden was a guest on some new show this week, and after a while of generalities about how bad Trump has handled the virus, he was asked what he would have done.
He listed 6 things.
All of them ALREADY done by Trump.
And don't forget, January 31, Trump restricted travel from China.
February 1, Biden tweeted that Trump was a racist for doing it, that it was a terrible idea.......
Your boy is a fool and everyone knows it.
