great score and congratulations!

Don't forget the power of the "Ignore" option.--> go to "user control panel" and then "edit ignore options". It's worth the price pf admission!

Steve Crist wrote a whole book telling people it was wrong to bet that way.

Congrats Tiffany

Yes I’ve seen the ads on DRF about it...

Nice hit, but lets not turn this into knocking a legend in the game like Steve Christ. His book is one of the better ones you will find on betting exotics, if not the best.

Congrats and well-played gal!

I tackled the futile Pick 6 at Churchill today and painfully two of my long shot picks came in 2nd leaving me at 3 for 5. Hurts especially since I picked only 3 and 2 horses those races. I think I'm gonna stick to pick 3 to 5's

I definitely believe it's more than just luck, you earned it.

Caveman style or ABC X style, whatever, the goal is to hit the bet. It doesnt matter how.

The ABC method screws you if a B and C win or two C's win.

It's awful advice.

Crist even screws up the play in the P6 illustrated in his book.

He gets 5 of 6 instead of 6 of 6. A huge difference in payoff.

I have the book, not making this up.

It's a dreadful method that can cost you the score of a lifetime.

That's my opinion.

Well for a big stick playa like yourself with that wad of cash bankroll it probably does not make sense to pair down your tickets using that type of method.

to each their own.

I 100% agree with the ABC method being a detriment by keeping you from large scores because most of the time the As lower your return...

Well from what I’ve seen, the ABC method doesn’t lower your overall wager, it just allows you to have several winning tickets if enough As come in...

I'd have to refresh by reading to be sure, and I'm sure I'll be corrected if I'm wrong, but I don't think Crist ever advocated for using the ABC method to hit the P6 multiple times. I don't even think the P5 was a common bet back then but I doubt he would have advised that be played for multiple winning tickets either.
