What exactly is going on here? These are issues of safety and integrity. These people aren't dealing with all of racing around the world, they're dealing with NY. This is nuts. I don't want a horse around someone that will harm them and I don't want a trainer or jock under suspicion if it's unwarranted.

My point was it it as long to review a whipping case as it did the entire OJ case.

When I was working, and we got behind, we worked nights and weekends.
I suspwct the racing folks need a bit of motivation. I mean, did they have to get DNA off the whip?
