Finally after 2 days straightened my computer out. Deleted My Kaspersky, finally, it kept freezing my computer. Only afterwards was able to refresh Firefox. Now all my web browsers work again. For now all is well in Omarland. Thanks for your input, now let's pick winners.

Fairgrounds Spot Play
Here's a quick PLATINUM spot play--I don't usually play Fairgrounds but there isn't much running today.
This is 1 of appx 30 to 40 spot plays I've come up with over the past few years. This literally takes 30 seconds to figure out if you have any plays (lower claimers preferred). 7-2 min ML-or pass

Yeah, Lefty...I just pass the turf races...mainly due to all the scratches.
You may be expecting a $15.00 payoff--and your horse wins and pays $4.80, because the odds are diluted on the horses that did start.
A muddy track doesn't bother me or change any selections.

PACE-VIEW BEST FIVE
I designed these programs I have--to mainly be quick to use, and
to actually have a chance to WIN. There is nothing difficult about them--for a user that doesn't mind doing a little research to find out what works and at which track he/she can win a little money. These are at GPX past few days...the above is just the top E-1, E-2 last race. You can just do this yourself without any program, but all it takes it a click of a button if you want to make it as easy as possible.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
This one is from the next day at GPX--it's simply the best Bris speed of last two --shown for each race. All I did was click the "SPEED" button to get this list.

BEST-FIVE CONSENSUS
This is really the "star" of the program--the BEST-FIVE CONSENSUS. Again, click a button and you'll get usually 3 good contenders per race. I've hit pick-3's, 4's, 5's, 6's as well as Exactas, Trifectas, DD,s, etc. They didn't pay a ton of money, usually--and I doubt you'll go out and win the Poker World Series using just this program, but it's a nice tool to add to your arsenal.
I've shown this before, but here is an idea of how I play Ex's $ Tri's using BEST-FIVE. You all know how horse betting goes--some days you add to your bankroll--others days nada,
But as I was saying--these software programs a for guy/gal that really doesn't want to spend all night handicapping. Remember going to the liquor store around midnight for the racing form...getting a pot of coffee going and a fresh pack of smokes on the table, and beginning a very enjoyable night of handicapping with a notepad and red/blue pens?
By the way--Best-Five costs $40 digitally delivered. no tax. You get a link--click it and it installs itself. That's it - for all my programs
Good luck my friends

PARX TOP TRAINER/JOCKEY METHOD
This is kinda fun, sometimes...especially if you know the trainers.
Using EXOTIC BETS program, run the T/J% card-and look for any top ranked horses 10-1 ML or better. This card gives you the top-3 contenders--ranked by Trainer/Jockey individual win%.
Not as a T/J combo, but their win percentages each...totaled.
I'm quite sure you would have a higher ROI if you were solidly familiar with the track's trainers and jockeys. I don't really follow Parx due to all the "shenanigans" they pull dailey here. You can find a ton of spot plays with the information included in EXOTIC BETS
(On a side note you would have hit the exacta as MICKEY T ran 2nd)
Good Luck

GPX 5TH 1-08
Hard to figure bettors, sometimes...ANIMAL TRICK was ML 9-2, but somehow went off @ over 15-1.
He had a huge early advantage (the PLATINUM proprietary early speed number was 207--far ahead of everyone else). Also his last-race E-1 was way over par (11 by Bris ratings)
I saw the ML - figured he may go off lower... so I foolishly passed this race.
ANIMAL TRICK paid an amazing $33.40 to win.

Bris pp's have 2 race shape numbers--1st and 2nd call. I only had room to include the 1st in the Platinum program. Look between E-1 and E-2 in the column "1C". ANIMAL TRICK shows an "11" --
You can see he was .5 length behind a pretty fast early pace at E-1. The Bris website explains it in more detail in the section "RACE SHAPES". All you really have to remember is a "minus" number he ran against a slower early pace--and a positive number was a faster pace
