The Ravens were more than happy to get a week off. As you know, the players are pretty banged up this time of year plus Anquan Boldin got an extra week to rest after missing the last 2 games.

Flacco looks very good considering the o-line has been unable to run or pass block.

Such awful clock management by the Ravens on second and third down. How can these coaches be so clueless?

The Texans with a healthy Matt Schaub were, in my opinion, the best team in the NFL this year.
Certaily the most complete with a top notch RB, WR, and defense.
Texans played well today, but beating the Ravens at home was just too tall an order for Yates to fill.
Home team has won every playoff game so far.

This shortage of quarterbacks in the NFL (at least good ones) is the Achilles heel of the league.
It makes for volatility which in turn drives the gambling aspect of the game. The NFL doesn't mind that a bit. But it does make for some crappy games, especially during the regular season.
This Houston QB was horrible........

Down to the Final Four of Football:
Ravens vs Pats
Giants vs 49ers
Despite how great they played, the Pats are the only team left that doesn't block and tackle and play good D...i see trouble for them.

Efficient performance against a top 5 Defense.
14 for 27 167 yds, - 2 TD's - 0 Ints - sacked 5 times
There were also a minimum of 3 dropped balls which would have been an additional 50-70 yards in net gain. Not his fault at all.

As long as Ed Reed's ankle is OK, I'm taking the points next week. The interception Ed made late - just the way he confidently caught that pass - the guy is incredibly great. I don't know if he knocked down the last pass of the game or not - but I wouldn't want any other defensive back there in that spot.
As for Flacco, I agree with you CJ. He had no time against the tough Texans. This week should be different and if it is - Flacco is going to make the Patriots wish it was Tebow time again.

Tension ? R U kidding me ? The Ravens are 7-0 against teams that have played in this years playoffs.
Stillers- 2/0
Bengals-2/0
Texans- 2/0
Niners-1/0
Wanna bet against that ? - go ahead
Criticize Flacco all you want. He is in the final Four while 28 other QB's are at home !!

Worst playoffs list i have seen in the last 10 years.a rookie qb,Alex Smith who sucks, and you beat a 3rd string qb.Lets hold off on the canton, ohio for flacco.
Pats dont need to be great on defense on sunday #5 is on the other side.

You really are so biased that you can't see what's in front of you. Your Stillers are sitting home. The Ravens with Joe the QB are playing for the AFC title. Get over it. Relax man. There is always next year.
Remember 11-20
Flacco to Smith- 26 yd. TD pass w/ :08 seconds to go. WIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And then there was that opening game 35-7 Win !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Give it up dude- you really are embarrasing yourself !!

Dad, after reading the above response and your constant mentioning of the Steelers is it possible that two people are embarrasing themselves?
Just sayin'...
