I see the mocking of "mental health crisis" means you have not been consulting the liberal terminology manual, you need to check that often as it is frequently updated. Mental health crisis includes being high on mind altering drugs which leaves a person not responsible for their actions.

You try staying up 4 days straight high on crack and think straight. Drug addiction is a disease, you would not mock a person with cancer would you?

This could have stopped a murder if it was adopted in DC. The carjacker could have just removed the license plates, so cops could not identify the stolen vehicle. That is a great idea, stop catching criminals by knowing their license plates. This could also prevent car thefts by people on the run that keep ditching vehicles, brilliant!
