I guess mostly myself and if a conversation about religion comes up among friends or family. I'm sure I'll tell my girlfriend. I guess I'm not sure beyond that what to do other than show up for a church service at something other than Catholic Church at some point.

I just know I can't belong to a Church that is pushing globalism, socialism, climate extremism, equity and other left wing agendas or where a high percentage of the clergy is living in sin or behaving in a criminal fashion with underage boys. I live "in sin" with my girlfriend, but I'm not priest and not qualified to be one. The Church I belong to should have some standards about sin and sinning.

You don’t have to proclaim your religious “conversion” to anyone, nor do you have to belong to any official religion. True religion is a private matter between you and your God. No one needs to know what you really believe in. And if you show up in a different Christian church, no one is going to question your qualifications for being there.
