Can not tell from the renderings Have emailed Nyra and the Governor (No Response) Does anyone know if the new arena and hotel will be built in the picnic area of the grandstand ?

Based on the renders I saw, it will be built on the very west end of the grandstand. I believe where the picnic tables are.
