Not sure if you've ever dealt with them but I have on many occasions. Trust me there was no steam rolling going on.
Just parroting what I've been able to gather.

Like I said I just started looking into this yesterday.

The equipment is there, has been set up for a couple months. In fact they have erected a fortress around it. They'll just fire it up. Who is going to remove them? The ACOE couldn't even remove rioters. I'm going to try to upload a picture of the bore site.

here's the bore site on the west side. all this BS has been going on the west side. I actually think they have been boring from the east side this whole while from a location not visible from the west side. It is very desolate country over there.

I heard awhile ago that the bore casing was already done and just needed pipe slid through - probably wrong because you have better access to info than most of the world.

yep. it's gonna be done. it's 8 degrees there right now. They got 14" of snow the other day. Blowing 30 now and 40 tomorrow. Got another 8 inches today so far and another 8-10 on the way. They are stuck there now whether they like it or not. these dumb ass (many from cali) have no idea what the hell they are getting themselves into. the question now is how many will perish due to freezing. stupid asses. mother nature is whipping their asses.

Rumors that a couple rapes have occurred and the protestors are refusing to let the police come into their camp. Also reports the offender is being hidden by the protestors.

The governor wants them to clean up their camp otherwise spring flooding could cause an ecological disaster from all their garbage.

That would certainly be the "conservative" thing to do...

We'll see...
