This is a terrible tragedy, but if we are honest, it could have political implications. The hard left has been spinning and turning a blind eye to all his blatantly obvious stuff because of their idealistic notions on immigration, their desire to get more votes, and because in the US the victims have generally been random. If it turns out the motivation behind this was Muslim anti-gay sentiment (which I doubt the left will even admit because they'll be too busy turning it into an anti gun story), suddenly their constituency is the target. Let's see how they react when it isn't some random person or some Christian minority that they don't care about getting beheaded or burnt alive in a foreign land.
