Trump did sign an Opioid Epidemic Bill in October last year. Other announcements have come forward from that bi-partisan efforted bill.
Not sure anything has really come to fruition from that, but I have little doubt he'd sign just about anything out of Congress to aid and abet the needed attack against the nation's opioid addiction.

No I think we as a unified people we can accomplish much, we just need to drop the Trump mentality. I gather his best subjects in Arithmetic was division and subtraction

True. He has lowered the unemployment rates for everybody across the board, and most importantly POC and women.
At the same time, he has succeeded in dividing the Democratic party.
