The *real* greatest movie ever is Lawrence of Arabia with Peter O'toole, Alec Guinness, Anthony Quinn, Omar Sharif , Jose Ferrer. Try that one next. Might need 2 bags of popcorn......it's almost 4 hours long.

Had a colonoscopy yesterday. Dr. said he found nothing unusual, and gave me my head back.

This isn't exactly about nothing, but my wandering mind wonders if there will be a sharp spike in December births this year due to everyone hunkered down doing "Netflix and chill."
Glad I won't be contributing (nor able to!) LOL.

I was just searching the internet for information on Hawthorne Harness.
When I saw a link that had Hawthorne Harness & Statsmaster in it, I clicked on it.
Instead of getting the info that I was looking for I got "Fat Lady Nudie Pics".
The Nudie pics didn't bother me, but the fact that the web page made me use Control//Alt//Delete to get rid of it was annoying.
I cleared my browsing history, my children and grand children use my computer when they visit.
Now I'm going to take a cold shower.

A Thread about Nothing
I'm going to Mom's tomorrow. It's my Dad's (who passed in 2005) birthday. She bought a smoked ham hock, and will be making a wonderful navy bean chowder with homemade dumplings. Then she will sleep for an hour, and eventually, I'll leave. Then I'll go home and maybe analyze some races. I might have some ice cream at Mom's. I might not.
I worked as kitchen help many years(decades)ago. We used to make a navy bean chowder. Our stock was made by taking the rinds off of slabs of bacon, and simmering along with veggies for many hours. It made a respectable soup. Add the stock to beans and other stuff and cook it.

So, with the NFL getting ready to start up,, and many players maybe opting out due to Covid, I thought I might try out as a kicker for this season.
But my dreams were shattered at the try-outs when I severely injured a groin muscle.....

-54 f today plugged in my truck wont start without ethanol.
And I have none.Learned I can use isopropyl alcohol
