You lied to us Light. You caused people to lose their jobs.
Unvaccinated people who caught COVID and recovered and then refused vaccination and were fired in many cases and had their lives ruined over a LIE propagated by those with your political beliefs.
Why did you do that?
To what purpose did that serve to minimize natural immunity and to cost people their livelihoods over a lie?
If you lie about that, you can easily rig an election. That's my logic.
The evidence is ABUNDANT when it comes to rigged elections.
Hell, just the lies propagated by the MEDIA ALONE is absolute proof of election rigging. You don't need to forge ballots or alter machines.
You're done man. Your side is done. It's over. You've succeeded in losing half the country. Bye bye.
What are you going to do next to try and change the minds of those like me? Put us in jail?
Soon that will be your only recourse. Good luck with that.

Trump.

Yeah, this guy had to jump a few hurdles and ignore parts of the law to come up with his verdict.

Lake’s witnesses did not have any personal knowledge of intentional misconduct, the judge said, adding: “The court cannot accept speculation or conjecture in place of clear and convincing evidence.”

Why did the judge throw out the mismatched signature charge?
Why didn't he allow evidence of that to be presented in court?
Anybody other than 46tzilzal have a good explanation of this?

But why would a Republican appointed judge rule against a Republican? Is everything a conspiracy with you guys? I get dizzy just trying to follow your insane logic.

What do political labels have to do with ANYTHING these days?
You trotting that out more than once shows how absolutely out of touch you are.

he has a legitimate question. the interesting part of the ruling not to allow 8 of the 10 counts is that the defense did not ask for a summary judgment. as far as i know the defense wanted to defend those counts and the judge would not allow it, he just dismissed those counts.

So everybody who feels unjustly treated should just forget it and slink away...why have any courts then?
Talk about insane logic.
Good thing our founding fathers didn't follow this mantra...or for that matter, all our brave fighters during WWII.

I just want to know why he threw out the mismatched signatures charge.
With an election as close as 17,000 votes and with all those mail in ballots, this could have obviously made a difference.
Since you paid WAY MORE attention to this trial then I did, maybe you know the legal reasoning?
