We are at war with Russia right now and have been for close to a year. We do not have enough ammunition to do anything full scale for more tha 2 weeks.

These United States are not alone in developing EMP technology and weapons to set chain reaction of nuclear fission. Country's making those materials become targets themselves. This is key to first strike without sending ICBM's, so far development of EMP has been limited to small areas in size. Delivery of any weapon without detection is problematic and the considering the source your link is nothing more than fear mongering. Understanding China the country and its main fear of its government and in turn its people are its economy and the ripple effects to it are devastating. So China's main fear is its economy, its people are always last on the list. Some others here might care to look into this as interesting, so I would list it as number one and fragile.

Three: The Pentagon tells us there were three such Chinese spy balloons that crossed the USA during Trump’s time in office and not only did he no shoot a single one down, but he said nothing about it.

you lie and are repeating disinformation
the balloon was visible with the naked eye - people ALL over the country were watching it. if this happened at all during TRUMP presidency, he would have been impeached again
