Article I, Section 8, Clause 11 of the U.S. Constitution grants Congress the power to declare war.
The President has leeway with the War Powers Act but Congress has explicitly told him to stop and he's told them to piss off.

Constitution says they can vote to overturn the veto.
That is how it works.
Or they can go to the SC.
We do have a system in place......no need for hysteria.

Congress doesn't make decisions on a 2/3 majority. This is the executive prosecuting a war against the wishes of Congress.
This will be one of the greatest accomplishments of Trump. He's so inept Congress is actually going to have to take some power back. The National Emergencies Act and now War Powers Act are going to the woodshed by the S.C.
Aren't you the guy that calls Saudi Arabia "Sorry Arabia"? Trump is prosecuting a war to their benefit... Congress has asked him to stop... and you're taking his side at worst or minimizing at best? Interesting...
