cj's Dad, CurtisontheBay, in the hospital

He had a heart attack on Friday...cj's brother gave him CPR until the ambulance arrived. All in all, last I heard from cj, his dad is doing pretty well all things considered. cj told me it was ok to let everyone know here.

Let's keep cj's Dad in our thoughts and prayers and hope he has a speedy and full recovery.

I'm saddened to hear this. I will remember him and his loved ones in my prayers.

Will add cj's Dad to my church prayer list.
The power of prayer will help restore him to health.
Be patient and follow the Doc's orders.

Thanks all. He did have some seizures yesterday as they tried to lessen his sedation and he is having some kidney issues. Doc says that is normal given he was unresponsive for some time. I'll keep everyone updated as I learn more.

I'm going home all next week to visit barring any setbacks before that. My brother that lives and Fort Worth and his family are going this week. We are spreading out our visit to help Justin not have to handle it all himself.

Are they giving him levetiracetam or some other anti-seizure medication? I hope. Sorry to be intrusive, just want to make sure.

I'm not there right now, my youngest brother is a smart guy and has worked in a hospital for a long time. He'll make sure they are doing right by him.
