CD Race 1 Strange Odds

My sportsbook offers the following head to head bet

Churchill Downs Matchups
May - 21 - Race 1
11:55 AM 90003 Hopeful Princess -165
90004 Cool Enough +135

Meaning if you wager $100 on Cool Enough to come in higher than Hopeful Princess you'll profit $135.

The morning lines have both horses at 6-1 to win the race.

What could be going on here?

The ML is just one opinion, maybe someone with the bookies has a different opinion, or it is has been bet significantly by someone with a opinion that the bookie respects.

Yep all that could be true. Just would be surprised since to them this would be considered a derivative market that they usually wouldn't pay so much attention to.

If so then the Morning Line should reflect that.

Obviously the Morning Line is just one person's opinion but the sportsbook seems to have sensible odds for the other matchups roughly based on the ML.

Thanks for replies
