Maybe not, early on conversations were about statue of limitations. Not knowing law it came out that it was on a norm 2 years and like 7 for Federal I think. What Alvin Bragg’s office did was mix Federal with state and some now say that has never been done before. Clearly this is part of the process leading up to the nomination. At this juncture I predict nothing and suggest see how it plays out for the process. The next events in the process will likely be from those who tosses their hat into the race and the response from all of this in the next week. Again not knowing the law, everything will have to be turned over to the lawyers for Trump.

Because everything inside the criminal justice system is if a convection can be made, I think it goes without saying NY is going to have a tough time.
