From 10/08/2007

"Harvey seems to trot this one out every few years. I don't have it from 76, but in 96 he trotted out System of the Century II. It was a total of 54 pages, also 7 rules. The first was an early speed beaten lengths requirement. The second a recency requirement, and the third a consistency requirement. Four and Five were turf and off track eliminations. Rule six was a Beyer speed figure tiebreaker. Rule seven basically said thet if you still have ties after comparing the Beyer figures to play them in the exotics.

Fill in the blanks yourself, add a very healthy dose of fudge factors and you have your own System of the Century."

I have just received a reply from Greg's programmer and have his permission to post it here.

"I talked (via cell phone) with Greg on Saturday and he is fine. He was having some issues with his web site providers as well as some other I.T. issues. I think all of that is resolved and he is intending on getting back to PA and participating in one of the PA handicapping tournaments in the very near future.

I also have told him many times that a lot of people are concerned about him and want to hear from him."

I hope the Greg follows up on what he told his programmer.

Anyway, Happy Holidays to everyone on Pace Advantage.

Still sounds fishy to me....

Maybe "The Programmer" is the culprit here...
He bumped off Greg , hi-jacked his site
Raking in all the money and will be off to Tahiti soon....

Yes, I do watch a lot of The ID Channel and I'm an expert at figuring out crimes

This line here strikes me funny. What PA handicapping tournaments? Am I missing something? If anything, I would think he would say something like, "he's looking forward to getting back to posting on PA".

Honestly , I think the "programmer" knows more than hes sharing...

Greg's probably in seclusion and the programmer is keeping his site & this thread going so that he continues to get his cut....

Like I said...close this down till we know what happened to Greg

I looked the number up on Spokeo. It says most recent owner is Gary Chang, so that isn't very helpful.
