Allways Race cards

Hello Wallst69

I am new to Pace Advantage so bear with me.

I have several years of Allways Racecards.

I am still downloading them.

My home track is Churchill Downs, but also play Keeneland and Del Mar.

What I am looking for is Handicapping Profiles that are working better than mine.

I have used Allways for years but lost interest when I went on 3rd shift for about 6 years.

So I had to relearn the program all over.

I don't look at this bulletin board very often but if you still need the racecards

let me know.

Fred

Custom reports

Fred,
Been using Allways for a while now, I have two issues, first custom reports, the Data on the reports does not allways match the main program. Example is day since last, the report, last night came up with all kinds of crazy numbers. like 21 days when horse off for over a YR, makes you wonder about the rest of the Data. Second is they advertize Ultimate PP's with comments with PP generater, but you get prem PP's not a big deal but kind of deceiving IMO. I tried to make my own but found MRA profiles Just as good. Funny, my best hits have come from reading PP's not the contenders list, mixed feelings about the software But have become dependant on it plus have a ton of cash invested, over 2000 GP races Ect

Smile Allways

Even though my registration is Dec, 2021, I am just now figuring out the Posts.

For example are Wallst69 and kdavis7837 the same person. I presume you are.

Are you in touch with other Allways users?

Am I violating my agreement with BRIS if I share my data files with you?

Gary Hall was afraid of violating his relation with BRIS, so he would not allow user groups.
Also, Gary had unlimited use of all BRIS files. That's how he was able to run Profiles for Breeders Cup, Kentucky Derby, Preakness, Belmont etc.

He had so much more to give when he passed in2012 (I think).

You and I have to pay for all our downloads. I usually buy the entire season at CDX, KEE, DMR. That cuts the cost from $14 per file to $7 including XRD results.

I really wanted to get into the Angle Assistant more, but I have played with it for a long while and still don't know what I've got when I run queries.

Don't know if you even fool with that feature.

Because I took off for so many years, I lost a tremendous amount of database.

Also, I must be a linear thinker, because I don't have a "counter intuitive" (Gary's words) thought in my brain. So I believe what I see in Allways.
Unfortunately the horses can't read and don't run on probabilities.

Thus I have lost a lot of $$$$, by not using good analysis.

Can we help each other or are we just wishing for a better life? I'm still wishing.

Beg for your patience,

Fred

Yes, and PA Mike and the moderators probably won't take too kindly to posts about sharing files.

Wallst69 And I are not the same person, I just commented because I have thousands of Data files in my frandata file, LOL, really should clean that file up. I have never communitcated with another Allways user but it would be great to do so, I have my, style, if you will, use about the same reports everytime but would love to hear how others use it

My apologies about poor post.

Still learning correct protocol.

Won't happen again.
