Kentucky Downs - thoughts on morning lines?

I was going through some old racing emails, and had come across one from Kentucky Downs that included the following press release (here linked to another site that has it - since I couldn't find it at the Ky Downs site any longer).

https://pastthewire.com/global-tote-...-morning-line/

I surmised from the press release that this would be some kind of automated morning line.

Given the wide disparity in quality (ability to approximate off odds) of morning lines, I wondered if any of those here who pay attention to such things had any comments on the quality of the Ky Downs lines at the recently concluded meet.

Screw Kentucky Downs. They were one of my fave tracks until they went greedier than Churchill Downs this season.

I don't plan to visit them again.

I don't pay attention to morning lines, only to tell you they line up with most of my handicapping. I don't enjoy picking favorites, but most times that's how it works out.

No comment on KD morning lines as I never bet there. One thing I never understood is why some bettors get upset when a track has a person who isn't very good at setting the ML? With the bets I often make I see that as a frequent advantage. It seems on Pick 3's through Pick 6's it seems a lot of tickets always put the ML favorite in which makes it important to beat them for a price. I have often seen on will pays where the post time favorite will pay quite a bit more than the second choice because that second choice was the ML favorite.

Fred Mertz, I came close to going to KD this year but a health problem got in the way. Can you please share what they are doing that left such a bad taste in your mouth?
