Especially if fewer dead get to vote in 2022.

Why is it that of all education levels PHDs are the most vaccine hesitant?

These are NOT the same kind of shots. Flu shots are based on using a dead virus, similar to polio shots. The COVID vaccine is using RNA technology to stimulate your immune system to generate antibodies. Completely different.

While these RNA technology type vaccines have been in development for about ten years, this is the first time there has been widespread massive use of them.

I realize that poll doesn't address healthcare workers, but if polling is 70-30 approving of vaccine mandates for teachers, it's not rocket surgery to guess what it would be for healthcare workers.

New Yorkers are much more likely to aim their ire at the anti-vaxxers than the politicians that mandate vaccines.
It is all fun and games when things are all about different Ideologies.

We'll see how New Yorkers feel if...and when...they actually FEEL the pinch of the decision made by their Governor...the Person who issued the Mandate. How much will Idiology matter if a family member of those 70% "supporters" is adversely affected by said Mandate.

Also...like most Liberal Zealots...you forget this is still the United States of America. That is why these Liberal "Leaders" are trying to accomplish their goal by Mandate.

Not to mention..."anti-vaxxers" don't give a shit about what "vaxxers" think. We are busy living our lives...and don't spend our time bothering other people going on about their lives. "Vaxxers" are too brainwashed to see they aren't nearly as important as they think they are. Just like "anti-vaxxers"..."vaxxers" don't matter.

Put your head back in the sand.

That 70/30 is made up.
At one time we were 80/20 in favor of segregation.
The preferences of the stupid can't be allowed to trump the rights of the sane.

Which is why we're not a pure democracy, which would amount to mob rule.
