That's very debatable. It's not unreasonable to posit that as the 2020 elections drew nearer, the dimwits colluded with China to attack the U.S. and the rest of the world biologically with it's man-made virus that was funded with U.S. tax dollars. After all, we can see just how little the dimwits really care about Americans with this current Biden-induced border crisis that is facilitating the spread of covid by thousands of infected illegals being turned loose all over the country.
