dumb exotics payoff/charts question

Why do the charts show the payoffs with the dime super at the bottom?

The exacta and tri are first and second (verticals) then all the horizontals then the super (a vertical).

Any reason?

I don't know.

Also 'seems' (having no special understanding) to be open to variability, or inconsistent listing order.

Perhaps the same reasons that a large professional company like Brisnet has a spelling mistake in EVERY SINGLE FORM.

No one cares enough to think about the logic/quality/etc.

A quick look at a couple charts from tracks I don't normally play showed that the super is not always listed last. so I'll chalk it up to random.

Each track seems to have its own sequence of listing the exotics.
