Jim Mazur
Here is the letter I sent them yesterday
. Ok so I have emailed you constantly about where my package is and when it is coming and no reply for 2 weeks! You guys "apparently" sent it October 22nd and it is now AFTER THE BREEDERS CUP and the date now is NOVEMBER 5TH! So I just wasted almost $40 USD for something that I can use for the breeders cup and it never came. I was not happy the whole 2 days since my package never came. If you can consider a refund or possibly a free edition of Crushing the cup 2019, that would be much appreciated.
Please actually respond because I know that you can,
Conley. E
P.S that id and password NEVER WORKED for me because it kept saying "INVALID ERROR PAGE 404 " so I couldn't even use the online one!!!
He hasn’t said anything like what I said in my email for the past 2 weeks.
He either has a family problem or else he was crap in the Breeders Cup.
So what should I do. Never received it and the Breeders Cup was over.
And the thing came TODAY!!! And they charged me for Crushing the cup AND Crushing zone for $60 around USD, even though I ONLY WANTED CRUSHING THE CUP! Absolute bs here!

Just call Jim or Dennis and they will handle it for you. I have never had an issue with them. Easier to just buy the online version and save the postage and you get it instantly.

Sorry to read you had a problem. I have had nothing but excellent customer service from them in the past.

Well, he's NOT my protégé Anyway, most people don't do what I tell them anyway.
You know the youth of today - with all the modern electronic gadgetry and this interweb thing - they still like their paper data ...
A $40 education (or $51.72 Canadian - ouch).
Ted

Is it Jim answering calls or does he have an actual customer service?

Ted Jr., If they mailed it AFTER the BC, they should have Crushed every race. Maybe they didn't want to make it seem too ridiculous.

I have mainly talked to Dennis, and I think I got Jim a couple of times. It seems like it is just two of them running the show.

And 2 questions to ask you (if you can kindly answer)
1) would it be better if I said about maybe receiving a free edition of ctc 19
2) how many times do you order crushing the cup? Every year or every other year?
