He found a place that would give 'tax credits' to his business, hoping to make it back from employees and money turnover they would create ... NY city will probably start a new 'homeless tax' on employers ... Amazon will end up paying anyway for going to another 'progressive' city (which not only has high state taxes but also high city income taxes).
