Oswald was an operative for the ONI, FBI and CIA. "Patsy" was not a word that would come to most people's mind. It isn't a tact that would be pursued by a crazed lone nut gunman.
Just look at his demeanor change when he was told he had been charged with killing the President. You can see it in his face that he knew he had been set up.
