Completely correct, the problem is at the top. Completely out of his league as President, letting it get to this shows how inept everyone is in his administration. All the liberals have freezer brain from too much ice cream and spending other peoples money. Not a serious thinker in the bunch, consumed by power not knowing how to use it.
