I never gave it much thought when I first read about it in the local news.

Burned to the ground on Christmas day. The fire was only noticed by a passerby who called it in when the fire was well underway. Wouldn't you think a printing company with lots of paper and chemicals would have some kind of sophisticated alarm system to call it in? No sprinklers?

Phoenix Graphics in Rochester however, did print ballots. What are the chances there is some connection between City Blue Imaging and Phoenix Graphics?
