Black Caviar runs Saturday 1045am ET

Answer to your first question - yes.

In the Brisnet PPs listed for her (which only go back 6 races) she won on a yielding track twice.
The ground won't be an excuse if she gets beaten.

I have no idea how the jocks will try to beat her with race riding.
Seems they will have a job sticking with her.

Can she be beaten?
After a long journey, anything is possible.
Unlikely, but possible.

I have to say, though, if I was on Betfair, I would lay her at 1-4.
Wouldn't want to lose more than a couple hundred, but the chance to make four times what you risk, with fourteen horses running for you against one, is on the tempting side.

I won't bet the race, but am really looking forward to watching it.
