Mostpost- I have already suffered discrimination at the hands of the SBA. More accurately speaking, my wife has been. To the tune of 2.1million dollars that went to black and foreign owners. We were eligible for 2.1 million. Black owners went ahead of us also. We have franchisee’s around us that got 800k (black owner) and 5 million (foreign owner who qualifies because he is middle eastern)
My wife was in the same carve out as they were. Funny that no white businesses were funded. I have 2 years to sue.
