As for video timing, just an FYI, if you get a good frame of reference from races with times you trust, timing is a lot easier backing up from the finish to the start and checking that way.

One of the side projects on my to do list is to pick a meet, use video to time the races myself - make my own figs - but with a twist.
Instead of removing runup from the equation: Time it. And work runup time into the figs.
I think doing that might produce some interesting observations.
