I know Trakus gives fractional times for each horse but a slow breaker like a Runhappy who may break a couple of lengths behind the field doesn't appear to get his true time for the1st fraction. Say the 1st qtr is 22.00. He may be .03 behind and I believe he gets 22.03 for the 1st qtr when in fact he may have run 21.81 lets say. Each subsequent fraction for all horses seems to be correct. I think I'm right but not 100% sure.
