Personally I would just write the code to do it, but once the macro is written I don't see it as too much of an issue to click "Start Macro" or however it launches. The OP needs the steps automated but I assumed he would be at the PC ready to work with the data. And yes, he could probably further automate it with Task Scheduler if need be.
