The meeting was another farce designed to take away money from Horseplayers and redistribute it to Horse Owners. The text message was a staged event and the acting was bad. You would think somebody turned water into wine the way the commissioners and the audience acted. It was a disgraceful display to say the least.
And yes Horseplayers have always deserved a seat at the table. The people in charge could care less.
