So far, it's a go, but if power stays out, it'll have to be cancelled.
I get the feeling people don't realize the seriousness of this situation.
Most of the buildings have their water tanks on the rooves. The water gets up to the roof via a pump. No electricity, no pump. Once the tanks empty, no water.
I have a couple of five gallon compound buckets which had I filled in advance so I could fill the toilet tank in case the lights went out. Fortunately I didn't lose power.
