This isn't just a problem with Afghan men. Some might remember the Rotherham England rape crises. There were at least 1,400 children assaulted by muslim men over a few years. I think it is partly due to their culture in that western Asia area of how they treat women.
I also think what the writer in the article in Ralph's first post wrote is spot on:
"that they are motivated by a deep and abiding contempt for Western civilization. To them, Europeans are the enemy, and their women are legitimate spoils..."
