You are so correct. I should keep paying the taxes, and insurance and utilities, maintaining the property, while deadbeats like this get more 3x the income from the government than I make off the property in a year. And I should do this as long as the CDC decides it should be done. Even though the CDC has NO authority to do this. But, of course, idiots think this because they are not the ones paying for the deadbeats.
