The social media pressure of naming known offenders seems to be having some effect. Last night Dina Alborano tweeted the following, after having been contacted by Shelton Zenon, one of the worst horse dumpers in Louisiana as evidenced by the post above and earlier ones in this thread. This is how it should be done.
