But why are health authorities also pushing this on poor people? Is this Canada's way of leveling the economic playing field? I mean....it is an efficient way of keeping the welfare costs down, right? Just convince the poor people that sewer rats are worth far more than they are and get them feeling all depressed about themselves so that they'll sign off on getting a free one-way ticket to the graveyard.
