all that is true and another factor is the opening of morgantown and york hollywoods; which of course is another violation of the original spirit of the pennsylvania gaming expansion which was supposed to be unique owners.
bottom line: where there's a will there's a way and penn national is really an embarrassment. someone should be allowed to open a card room and supply this service to the public since penn national has proven itself incapable.
