Dodger Stadium was opened as a vaccination site the same day that Biden took office. You think he arraigned it hours? The city of Los Angeles is the one who runs it.
Yankee Stadium opened on February 5, run by the city and the state.
The NFL is the one who came up with the idea to use and eventually offer up their sites as vaccination centers. When they offered all Biden did was say "OK" in between diaper changes.
