breaks through the gate and is DQ'd.
Tampa Bay race 4 the
breaks through the gate and is deemed a non-starter.
The DQ of gate-breakers at NYRA tracks seems to becoming more common. Does anyone know if there is actually a different rule for NYRA racing or just different interpretation by the stewards?
