He drops back into a claimer here and the last time he ran on turf for this price he set a quick pace and gave way grudgingly going a mile and a sixteenth, and his best performances over all last year where on turf. He cuts back to a 6 furlong turf race and may go well at a price.
BAD GUY (BAL) is 0 for 24 and just kind of plods along on dirt but he's hit the board in 5 of his 7 turf starts and his best races and figures are on turf where he usually finishes well. Gets a rider change to Franco, who is at 25% at Aqueduct this year and may go well at a price. The horse is beat is UNCLE CURLY, who finished 1st in an open maiden race at Tampa Bay but lugged in and was taken down for interference.
