The ERCOT Directors resigned last night. They are being sued individually by multiple law firms. Including one wrongful death case where an 11 yr old died of hypothermia in his sleep.
Not sure I agree with that case.....but it’s getting nasty. I’ve also seen at least one call for the Governor to resign. Some group on Facebook has been formed to represent victims and they are calling for the governors head. Facebook is apparently censoring them because they are posting “mis-information” What’s new?
